At GDMC, we believe in fair and transparent pricing for our firing services.

Our pricing is based on volume, with a crate as the unit of measurement:

• Full crate: $44
• 3/4 crate: $37.50
• 1/2 crate: $25
• 1/4 crate: $13

We use a standard-size crate with an internal dimension of L 47cm x W 31cm x H 11cm.

Standard Firing Temperatures are:

• Bisque: Cone 05
• Glaze: Cone 5

Firing Lead Time

• Standard: 2 weeks

5-Day Expedited Firing

• Additional 25% surcharge

Custom Firing (Up to Cone 10)

• Requires a minimum submission of 2 crates
• 25% surcharge applies

*Utilizing regular bisque or clay firing cycles

Calculation Method

• A Cup that fits inside the crate’s internal volume will be based on one crate size.
• A Pot that is taller than the crate will incur a charge equivalent to 2 crate sizes.
